Welcome Callienette

It's so exciting to have a new Family member.. Callienette arrived several days ago from Vermont. Then yesterday our favorite Oklahoman came to spend the Memorial Day Holiday.. what excitement


Callienette is called "Nettie"('cause we already have a Calliope called Calli) She was created by Magalie Houle Dawson in Vermont. Mrs Magalie is one of our favorite doll designers, we have several of her outfits.

Our Friend Lynn is from Oklahoma and he is a Cherokee, and he is so gorgeous with his big ice bleu eyes. Nettie was so nervous about sitting on the hood of his big white Dodge truck, its enormous( even to a big person like JudiPatootie!) it was fun though, posing on the back bumper with the Cherokee Nation License plate.We have studied about the Removal of the Cherokee Nation from The Carolinas , and read "The trail of Tears"

Our front yard has a lot of daylilies bloomimg, we have been helping . We water them a lot, because we havent had much rain.We hope to earn our Gardening Badge soon.

S'more S'monkey

S'more S'monkey business!! SueAnna(Back to her original name) has had a tough time during her brief life..first LilyBug bit her fingers off, then i broker her other arm off ..she was ready for adoption due to dollabuse. I couldn't stand to send her off in a box, so she visited Dr JudiPatootie, Doll Orthopedist locally. She has limited movement in her arm, but she was delighted to spend the afternoon in the Sun in her S'Monkey Bathing Suit'

Note: SueAnna Was a very dear friend when I was a child,, I named my first Raikes Bobette after her.. briefly after forming the Cadet Scouts, i named her Camille ..it just didn't fit..she is SUEANNA

I feel just fine now that my orthopedic surgery.. and love my new S'monkey suit and Flat S'monkey( a bookmark from Barnes and Noble) ..I have to take my suit off though, because we are ready to take our CELEBRATION BADGE photos.. . We are so proud of our BADGES!! The Circle with Children Holding Hands signifies Celebrating Another Culture( We celebrated Mardi Gras) and The Gold Star is for Forming TROOP 2010 we have earned the Smonkey and Babysitting badges also.

My sister Cami broke her arm yesterday, she is going to the hospital. Please send her a hug

I found someone to babysit

After babysitting with all those babies , i decided I maybe should just have one little one to watch. Isnt he just the cutest thing? and he is very well behaved, I baby sat for 3 hours, those are towards my Cadet Scout Babysitting badge....

owwwwww, oh..... my.... arm came off at the elbow, thank goodness I am a doll and it doesnt bleed.. i am not happy, i like my arms. I must hurry along to find a doll hospital

Calli wears glasses most of thee time to see up close, she is far sighted..Cami needs sunglasses when she is outdoors, its a thing with redheaded people

Calli and Cami have decided they may not have babies after a group babysitting endeavor. How can so many babies be SO busy!!

The Determined Cadets corralled all the little ones into one area and entertained them for one whole hour..

For this they think they deserve a BADGE for BABYSITTING

Did you have a Sock Monkey ?? The famous toy is made from mens wool work socks. Since I cant knit well, I borrowed Ms JudiPatootie's Little Riley ..dressed in her S'monkey sweater and hat that was knitted by Ms Sue Dean , who lives in Canada. The little bitty S'monkeys are from Ebay.
